Rubbing tea tree oil on the affected areas of the body not only softens the skins, but it will enhance faster healing of damaged skin.
Internal treatment of psoriasis involves eating certain foods. There are however certain foods that are not good for treating this conditions, as a matter of fact, foods like wheat or barley can make this condition worse therefore should not been eating by those who suffer from psoriasis. Foods that are very good to eat for these conditions are Omega-3 essential fatty acids foods like fish, and flaxseed oils. They have arachidonic acid which is good in combating skin inflammations.
