Remove Acne Scars – Scar Cream Revolution And The Facts

Friday, April 8th, 2011

In some of the entries in my blog, i have discussed the intuitive steps to remove acne scars and how vital it is to sustain good health and general well being. Well a few days ago, i read a very interesting article by a fellow blogger who claimed to find a solution to preventing acne and then went onto outline steps when applying the cream to the affected areas.

What i read was not only interesting, but also pretty gratifying since it all pretty much confirmed my theory for maintaining good health and cleansing skin in a certain fashion that stopped dirt build up in and around the surface of the skin.

I like most other people who are curious about these so called treatments do tend to wonder whether it’s the actual cream itself that does it or the method and the application that one uses when using the cream. {What i mean by that, is that is the effectiveness of the product at all relevant?}

What i have found when reading the article is that the fellow who wrote the article had written a 5 step process that in his mind seemed factual and a method which was plainly obvious and one in which he uses regularly to maintain good skin. The method which he took seems identical to the simple approach i explained in my blog in that an overall approach to preventing such a condition is to essentially keep a healthy and balanced diet.

So what is the solution to all of this on reading this article? The solution i guess in my mind is simple, and one in which i have emphasized countless times in my personal blog. And that is, it’s all well and good having a product or cream that claims to cure or remove acne scars, but this alone will in no way be a replacement to maintaining good health and is rather served as an added benefit.

This is something which many product manufacturers leave out in order to sell products. And this is obvious since it is not an effective selling tactic and is a method with a purpose to sell as many products as possible.

So i guess the conclusion is this. Take away the hype of what’s said by product distributors and instead, focus on the actual facts. A product will in no way, replace good general skin care and that in order for a product to work, both must be applied together in order for the product to be truly effective.

Remove Acne Scars – Creating New Habits

Wednesday, February 16th, 2011

In one of my previous blogs, i briefly spoke about the process of effective cleaning and lathering of the face in order to help remove acne scars. On first glance seemed pretty intuitive and straight forward. However, what i learned from writing that article was the following. Most of our daily functions are there due to the things which we have created over a period of months and years. Everything from brushing our teeth twice daily, to turning on the kettle and the thoughts that spring into our minds the minute we awake from a night’s rest.

What i quickly understood, and found interesting was the awareness which i got from understanding this principle. Because of this aware, i was now able to change and create new habits in order to better improve the quality of my life and my way of living.

So what could be a positive habit? One of them could be washing the face 3 times daily, applying moisturiser twice daily. Drinking a litre of water a day. Eating fruit/vegetables etc.

While this may seem counter intuitive and totally irellevent to healthy skin care, it has become a scientific fact that most of our health relies on a broad range of factors, which include a healthy diet and good general cleansing. The results of this become increasingly obvious since the long term benefits and the daily habits made actually become a lifestyle change and not a quick fix, which is what makes a person healthy in the the first place.

So to finish up this article, i challenge you to think about what’s been written so far, and to then come up with and incorporate daily habits which fit into your daily life, and one that will aid your general health and to promote good skin care. The end result will be surprising…

Until the next article, speak to you all soon.

Remove Acne Scars – Is Plastic Surgery The Answer?

Thursday, December 23rd, 2010

There are many treatments, solutions and alternatives when it comes to remove acne scars. However, not all treatments work. In fact, with many marketing and advertisements in place, promising effective treatments ‘OR your money back’. Many sufferers are becoming increasingly frustrated and disgusted with the endless manipulation and tactics used by most marketers in order to take advantage of their condition by making a quick profit. Because of this, suffers of acne have increasingly given up hope and are now looking into other solutions, one of which is plastic surgery.

Is Plastic surgery worth it? Many patients are becoming increasingly aware of the effectiveness of such treatments due to the increasing belief that ‘if it isn’t cured, use surgery’. However, with such treatments, comes complications and disadvantages. One of which is most obvious, money and funding. So how much does it cost for typical plastic surgery?
This of course depends on the condition and the time it takes to treat using such method.
Of course this will mean removing a bit of skin from another area of the body and moving it to another part of the body.

Not all is positive. With every solution comes a drawback. The natural look of treatment will depend largely on the surgeon and the complexity of the acne which is present on the patient.
If we’re to look at a patient as an overall strategy, it will soon become apparent that this is very limited way of looking at treatment since conditions vary from patient to patient. This explains why most medical practitioners struggle to find long term solutions to most conditions.

However, does this mean that a solution is unlikely in the near future? Of course, this is a question which will get resolved in time as technology progresses. In the mean time however, many medical professionals and psychologists alike are emphasising the importance of self acceptance and self-esteem, being an overall solution. Since it’s not really the condition itself that’s the problem, but mainly the way in which the condition is viewed by the patient.

So in conclusion, with regards to patients, it all depends on the severity of their condition and ultimately, whether or not they’re willing to accept their condition on a long term basis.
